Hello hello! Moshi Moshi offers the premier knife sharpening service in the USA. We are changing how people view their blades. We sharpen all knives by hand, using only the finest brands of whetstones, (Shapton, Kitayama, Naniwa, Mizuyama) in a progression that ranges from 120 to 12,000 grit. Using a meticulous progression of whetstones ensures that only the bare minimum amount of steel is removed from your knife. Every knife that leaves the shop has a finish that best suits that particular steel. We have incorporated the use of slow, water cooled sharpening machines like the TORMEK which is the finest in the industry for jig sharpening.
